The Sprite BBS Baby Shower Filter may be the ideal baby shower
gift. Designed
with both moms and babies in mind, it is easy to use and delivers
a gentle spray that won't irritate a babies gentle skin.
This shower filter comes with a hose that attaches easily to either a kitchen
faucet or shower head pipe. The shower head's small size makes it very easy to
handle with one hand while supporting a slippery baby with the other. Being able
to change the direction of the water flow means that you can keep soap from the
babies tender eyes. Being able to move it easily from sink to shower means that
it can continue to be used even when the child is older.
The filter is located in a separate housing attached to the hose so it is easy
to access for changing. It uses the HHC model filter which will last about 3
months or 3,000 gallons.
The filter will remove the chlorine and other chemicals from the water. It will
also remove any dirt or odors. The water that comes out of this shower head is
clear and clean. It contains nothing that may be harmful to your baby or it's
delicate skin. Also, because minerals are removed the water will be softer and
you will need less soap to get the desired suds.
Perhaps the best feature of the Sprite BBS Baby Shower Filter is the price. The
starter kit, which includes the shower head, hose, filter housing, faucet
adapter and one cartridge averages about $60.00. Replacement cartridges come in
packs of two and run about $16.00. Really quite a small price to pay to know
that the water you are bathing your baby with is pure and free of dirt or
chemicals. If you didn't receive one as a gift, you really should consider
getting one anyway.
