The quality of the water you shower with can go a
long way into protecting you

is awash with so many shower filters that it can be quite a headache to choose

There are many brands of shower water filters and all are made from different
materials therefore their efficiency at filtering your shower water will vary.
When doing shower water filter comparisons, it is important to look at what the
filter will do to your shower water, cost of use per month and if the cartridges
are replaceable.
The first brand is Aquasana. It eliminates 90% of the chlorine in your water. It
also eliminate 90% of volatile organic compounds; exposure to these compounds
can cause nose, eye and throat irritation. They can also cause loss of
coordination, headaches damage to vital organs and the central nervous system.
Common symptoms include eye irritation while showering, skin reactions, and many
other symptoms that you will never know are caused by the shower water.
Aquasana also eliminates most of the THMs; these are byproducts that come about
when water is disinfected. It also reduces lead and copper and MTBEs that might
be present in your water. With all this great advantages it operates at the
least cost compared to other shower water filters.
The Jonathan Beauty Water and Wellness filter also does all the above. They are
however a tad more expensive than Aquasana. The other shower brand is Aqua pure.
The only different between Aqua pure and the other shower filters is that aqua
pure does not eliminate THMs or VOCs or MTBEs. The fifth and sixth brands are
Paragon and Showerwise. These two eliminate only 50% of the chlorine in the
water and that is it. They are also a little bit more expensive than Aquasana.
